The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XAFJP-B5AC or 871XAFJPB5AC, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty applications. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of installation requirements. The compact housing keeps clearance issues to a minimum, and a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron adds durability at the bearing end. An O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces the effects of engine vibration and improves clamp load. The Wet Spline pump flange option lubricates the output interface to extend both PTO and pump shaft service life. SmartStart and Quiet Gear options are available for shock-load reduction and quieter operation respectively.
