The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XAFJP-G5RZ or 871XAFJPG5RZ, is a 10-bolt, hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of application requirements, including fire and rescue, refuse, truck cranes, and pumper-cleaner trucks. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibration. Optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations are available within the 871 Series. The 871 Series replaces the Chelsea 870 Series PTO.
