The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XAFJW-D3RZ or 871XAFJWD3RZ, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous-duty torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with nine available speed ratios and thirteen output configurations, giving installers broad flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper cleaner applications. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, addresses the vibrational stress of modern engine designs. The compact housing reduces clearance conflicts, and optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear features are all available within this series.
