The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XBQTP-D5XV or 871XBQTPD5XV, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic-shift) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give technicians broad flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper cleaner, and truck crane installations. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, addresses the vibrational stress of modern engine designs.
