The Chelsea 871XCQTP-D5AC or 871XCQTPD5AC is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic shift) Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison-equipped vehicles in demanding vocational applications including fire and rescue, refuse, pumper/cleaner, and truck cranes. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty use. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give installers broad flexibility. This unit carries a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, an O-ring sealing configuration between housing and bearing cap to resist vibrational stress, and the Wet Spline pump flange that extends PTO and pump shaft service life.
