The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XDFJP-H5RZ or 871XDFJPH5RZ, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO engineered for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series delivers continuous-duty torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) without derating. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of installation requirements. The compact housing reduces clearance constraints, and a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron improves durability under vibration from modern engine designs. An O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibrational loosening. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart shock-load reduction, Quiet Gear input, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) are available within the 871 Series.
