The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XFQTP-D5AB or 871XFQTPD5AB, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty, making it a practical choice for fire and rescue, truck cranes, pumper cleaner, and refuse applications. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of driven-equipment requirements. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibrational effects. Optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations are all available on this series. The 871 Series replaces Chelsea's earlier 870 Series PTO.
