The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XGFJP-D5RZ or 871XGFJPD5RZ, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. Continuous torque capacity reaches 670 lb-ft (908 N-m), and the unit is rated for continuous-duty operation without derating. The compact housing reduces clearance issues during installation, while a ductile iron bearing cap delivers 117% greater strength than gray iron. An O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibrational damage. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of installations. Optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations make this the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three of those solutions in one platform.
