The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XGFJW-D3RS or 871XGFJWD3RS, is a compact 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty applications. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give technicians a wide range of installation options. A ductile iron bearing cap, rated 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap address vibrational loads from modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear input round out the available configurations.
