The Chelsea 871XJQTP-D5AB is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic shift) Power Take-Off from Chelsea's 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give installers broad flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper cleaner, and truck crane applications. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, reduces vibrational damage from modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear input are available on this series. The 871 Series replaces the Chelsea 870 Series PTO.
