The Chelsea 878XCFJW-M5RY or 878XCFJWM5RY is a constant mesh Power Take-Off assembly from Chelsea's 878 Series, designed to mount on Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The cast iron housing keeps cost of ownership low while the ductile iron bearing cap delivers 117% greater strength compared to gray iron. An O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibration from modern engine designs. Rotatable cast iron flanges reduce clearance and interference issues, and the driveline output features a positive stop to eliminate oil seal damage from coupling contact.
