The Chelsea 878 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 878XEQTP-M5RY or 878XEQTPM5RY, is a constant-mesh PTO designed for Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The 878 Series delivers up to 670 lb-ft of continuous-duty torque in a compact package, with a single continuous torque rating that covers both intermittent and sustained applications. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects and improves clamp load. Rotatable cast-iron flanges minimize clearance and interference issues at installation. Nine speed ratios cover low and high speed demands, and a Wet Spline Lubrication option extends shaft life 7 to 10 times over standard configurations. A hydraulic hose is included.
