The Chelsea 878 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 878XKFJW-M3RZ or 878XKFJWM3RZ, is a constant mesh PTO designed to mount on Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. The 878 Series delivers up to 670 lb-ft of continuous torque and supports continuous operation applications including aerial, refuse, vacuum, and snow and ice equipment. Key design improvements over the predecessor 877 Series include a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, and steel clutch disc thickness increased by 80%.
