The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880XGAKP-A4AZ or 880XGAKPA4AZ, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO rated for up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque. The output shaft is a 1-1/2" 10-spline with a 1410 companion flange, suited for high-torque driveline demands. Shaft power output reaches 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM, with output power rated at 56+ HP. The cast iron housing fits manual transmissions from Volvo/Mack, Allison, and Eaton/Fuller, among others. Continuous operation is supported with a 30% de-rating applied. Tapered cone bearings provide load bearing capacity under sustained high-torque use. The removable shift cover allows more accurate backlash adjustment during installation. The 880 Series also supports dual-pump output, allowing a pump to be mounted on each end of the PTO.
