The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880XGDAX-A3XV or 880XGDAXA3XV, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO rated for up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) intermittent torque. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 companion flange, delivering 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible with Volvo/Mack, Allison, Eaton/Fuller, and other manual transmissions equipped with an 8-bolt aperture. The 880 Series targets demanding applications including bulk haulers, fire trucks, oil field equipment, aerial units, and large truck recovery. Cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings support heavy-duty, high-torque service. A removable shift cover simplifies backlash adjustment during installation.
