The Chelsea 890CDFJW-B3XV or 890CDFJWB3XV is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO Assembly built for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. Mounting is 10-bolt with an SAE C outlet flange and SAE C (XS) output shaft. The 890 Series locates the pump output to the rear of the transmission, positioning the PTO between the transmission and frame rail to provide adequate clearance. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines between the PTO and output extension, and the clutch sits at the rear of the housing so the gear section tucks tightly against the transmission. Wet-spline output extends pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Shaft power output reaches 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
