The Chelsea 890HAFJW-D5XY or 890HAFJWD5XY is a 890 Series hydraulic PowerShift power take-off built specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the SAE C output flange to the rear of the transmission, moving the pump mounting point rearward to create additional clearance between the pump and the frame rail. The main shaft is a one-piece design, eliminating the input splines that a standard PTO-plus-extension configuration requires. A wet-spline output lubricates the interface between the PTO shaft and pump shaft, reducing wear in continuous-duty and high-demand applications. Continuous torque rating reaches 670 lb-ft; intermittent torque exceeds 501 lb-ft. Shaft power output is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
