The Chelsea 890HAFJW-G5XS or 890HAFJWG5XS is a hydraulic hot-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 890 Series, built specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It uses a 10-bolt mounting configuration and positions the pump output at the rear of the transmission, where a one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines typically found between a PTO and an output extension. The SAE C output shaft uses Wet Spline technology to extend PTO and pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Continuous torque for this series reaches up to 670 ft-lb, with intermittent torque rated at 501+ ft-lb. Shaft power runs 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1000 RPM.
