The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890HBFJW-B5XS or 890HBFJWB5XS, is a hydraulic hot shift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the SAE C pump output flange to the rear of the transmission, giving the pump adequate clearance between the transmission and the frame rail. A one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO body and the output extension, and the clutch sits at the rear of the housing so the gear section tucks tightly against the transmission. Wet Spline Technology on the SAE C XS output extends pump shaft life in demanding duty cycles. Continuous torque rating reaches 670 ft-lb; intermittent torque exceeds 501 ft-lb.
