The Chelsea 890HEFJW-G5AF or 890HEFJWG5AF is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO assembly built for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series positions the pump mounting flange at the rear of the transmission, fitting between the transmission and frame rail to provide clearance that a standard side-mount PTO cannot. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines between the PTO body and output extension, and the clutch sits at the rear of the housing so the gear section tucks tightly against the transmission. The SAE C output uses Wet Spline Technology to extend PTO and pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque is rated up to 670 ft-lb on this 10-bolt unit.
