The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890HEFJW-B5XY or 890HEFJWB5XY, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and uses a SAE C ("XS") output flange and shaft. The 890 Series positions the pump mounting flange at the rear of the transmission, giving better clearance between the PTO and the frame rail. Its one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO body and the output extension. Wet-spline lubrication on the output extends pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque reaches 670 ft-lbs, with intermittent torque rated at 501+ lb-ft. Shaft power output is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
