The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 890HEFJW-K5XS or 890HEFJWK5XS, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. The 890 Series mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the pump output at the rear of the transmission, placing the SAE C output flange where pump clearance is most critical. A one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and the output extension, and wet-spline technology protects the pump shaft in demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque reaches 670 ft-lb, with intermittent torque rated at 501+ lb-ft. Shaft power is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
