The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 890HFFJW-B5XK or 890HFFJWB5XK, is a hydraulic powershift PTO built specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the SAE C pump output flange to the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing tightly against the gearbox to clear frame rails in tight installations. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found on conventional PTO-plus-extension setups, and Wet Spline technology at the output protects pump splines in continuous-duty use. Continuous-duty torque reaches 670 ft-lb, with intermittent ratings exceeding 501 ft-lb. Shift is hydraulic powershift. Shaft output power is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
