The Chelsea 890LBFJW-B5XK or 890LBFJWB5XK is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO assembly from the Chelsea 890 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and features an SAE C (XS) output shaft with Wet Spline technology to extend pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. The 890 Series relocates the pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing tightly against the frame rail for improved pump clearance without the need for a separate extension. The one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and output extension. Continuous-duty torque reaches 670 lb-ft, with intermittent torque rated at 501 lb-ft or more.
