The Chelsea 890LEFJW-G5XK or 890LEFJWG5XK is an 890 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and shifts via hydraulic PowerShift, making it a hot-shift PTO. The SAE C ("XS") output shaft uses Wet Spline Technology to extend PTO and pump shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque reaches up to 670 ft-lb, with intermittent torque rated at 501+ ft-lb. Shaft power output is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and output extension, and the rear-mounted clutch positions the housing tightly against the transmission, moving the pump flange rearward for improved clearance between the pump and the frame rail.
