The Dana Spicer RSP40285CF is a Core Free Carrier, listed in our parts manual as the RSP40 2.85 ratio carrier. It appears under Carrier Assemblies by Ratio for the DSP41 Single Reduction Drive Axle. A carrier assembly packages the gearing, bearings and oil seals of a drive axle into one ready-to-fit unit, so the ratio on the listing matters as much as the model. Call Pro Gear and Transmission to confirm the ratio and fit for your axle. This is a genuine Dana Spicer part.
