The Eaton Detroit Locker Differential Install Kit K-GM9.5-14 or KGM9514 is a complete installation kit engineered for the GM 9.5 in. rear axle, 2014 and later applications. Compatible with Eaton differential units 187S160A and 914A690, the kit covers the primary hardware needed for a thorough differential service: Timken carrier bearings, a head bearing, tail bearing, carrier shims, pinion shims, pinion seal, pinion nut, cover gasket, ring gear bolts, thread locking compound, and gear marking compound. The axle carries 28 pinion splines and accepts 28 or 31 axle splines, with a 10-bolt ring gear and 10-bolt cover. Axle location is rear.
