Eaton Fuller 21818 is the old style D-shaped shift knob medallion for the Eaton Fuller RT-6613 (RT6613) transmission, and only that transmission. The medallion is the emblem insert set into the top of the shift knob, giving the driver the gear layout at a glance. This one shows the RT-6613 pattern: reverse, positions 1 through 10, and LL1 through LL5. The factory parts list carries it in the Air Controls assembly, one per assembly.
