Fabco 265-0256 bolt, also spelled 2650256, is a grade 8 hex head fastener with a 3/8-24 thread and a 1.50 length. The fine 24 pitch is the part to watch: a 3/8 coarse bolt will start in the same hole and then bind, so the thread callout has to match exactly. Grade 8 is the strength rating carried in the part name. Genuine Meritor part, UPC 193174420184, packed one bolt per unit. Pro Gear and Transmission sells the Fabco fasteners singly. Call us if you need a count made up for a full rebuild.
