Fabco oil seal 12542350 is a genuine Fabco seal. Seals are cheap next to what they protect, and they are the part most often replaced on the way back in during a rebuild, since a lip that has taken a groove in the shaft will not hold once the assembly is back under load. Two seals of the same nominal size can still differ in lip design and case material, so the Fabco number is the one to order from. Pro Gear and Transmission sells the 12542350 by that number. Call us if you want it checked against the seal you removed.
