The Muncie A30-A1007-MX1BBXX or A30A1007MX1BBXX is a 10-bolt constant drive power take-off built for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series automatic transmissions. The A30 Series design centers on a rotatable pump flange that simplifies installation orientation, paired with extended-length PTO mounting fasteners and increased case clearance to reduce install time in tight bays. Tapered roller bearings are used throughout to extend service life, and the output shaft diameter has been increased over earlier designs for added durability under sustained load. Gear geometry is optimized to minimize operating noise, and leak paths have been reduced across the housing. Three housing arrangements are available within the series, and the unit is compatible with Muncie's EX Drive shaft extension.
