This drop box rebuild kit supplies the core internal components needed to rebuild a differential drop box. The set includes a drive gear, an idler gear kit, a gear, a retaining ring, a spacer, and two bearing cups, sold as one each except the bearing cups. Mounted to the transfer case or driveline, a drop box of this type lowers output torque to a secondary shaft for driving auxiliary equipment.
