The Muncie A20-A1005-HX1BBPX or A20A1005HX1BBPX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off engineered for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series design centers on a rotatable pump flange and a shift cover with 360-degree rotation, giving technicians real flexibility during installation. Increased housing clearance and extended-length PTO mounting fasteners simplify the mounting process. Internally, tapered roller bearings extend service life, and the enlarged output shaft diameter handles higher drive loads. The gear geometry is optimized to keep operating noise down. A single intermittent/continuous torque rating covers both duty cycles, and three housing arrangements let you match the unit to your chassis.
