The Muncie A20-A1005-HX1PBPX or A20A1005HX1PBPX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. It features a 360-degree rotating shift cover and a rotatable pump flange, both of which simplify installation and give installers more flexibility in tight engine compartments. Tapered roller bearings extend PTO service life, while an increased-diameter output shaft handles higher load demands. The clutch pack design carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating, and three housing arrangements let it suit multiple mounting configurations. The gear set is optimized to reduce operating noise, and reduced leak paths limit fluid maintenance. Compatible with the Muncie EX Drive shaft extension.
