The Muncie A20-A1005-HX31XPX or A20A1005HX31XPX is a 10-bolt clutch shift power takeoff built for Allison transmission applications. The shift cover rotates 360 degrees, and the pump flange is rotatable as well, giving installers flexibility on tight mounting arrangements. Three housing arrangements are available to suit different vehicle configurations. Tapered roller bearings extend PTO service life, and the enlarged output shaft diameter handles higher drivetrain loads. Extended-length mounting fasteners and increased installation clearance reduce fitment difficulty. The proven clutch pack design carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating, and the gear profile is optimized to reduce operating noise. Compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
