The Muncie A20-A1005-XX11XPX or A20A1005XX11XPX is a medium-duty, clutch-shift power take-off from the Muncie A20 Series, designed specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and features a shift cover with 360-degree rotation, making it adaptable to a range of installation orientations. The rotatable pump flange and increased housing clearance simplify the installation process. Tapered roller bearings extend service life, and the increased output shaft diameter adds durability under load. Gear geometry is optimized for reduced operating noise, and reduced leak paths keep fluid where it belongs. The unit carries a single intermittent/continuous torque rating, is available in three housing arrangements, and is compatible with the EX Drive shaft extension.
