The Muncie A20-A1008-HH1BBPX or A20A1008HH1BBPX is a medium-duty, clutch-shift power takeoff designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt interface and features a shift cover with 360-degree rotation, so the PTO can be clocked to fit tight engine bays without rerouting hydraulic lines. The rotatable pump flange and extended-length PTO mounting fasteners simplify installation, while tapered roller bearings and an enlarged output shaft diameter are engineered for longer service life. Reduced leak paths and a maximized gear design address two common field complaints: dripping seals and gear noise.
