The Muncie A30-A1007-MX3X4PX or A30A1007MX3X4PX is a 10-bolt constant drive power takeoff engineered for Allison 3000 and 4000 series automatic transmissions. The A30 series uses a rotatable pump flange for flexible installation positioning and extended-length mounting fasteners that give added clearance during installation. Tapered roller bearings extend PTO service life, and the increased output shaft diameter handles higher drive loads. Gear geometry is optimized to minimize operating noise, and reduced leak paths keep maintenance demands low. Three housing arrangements are available within the series, and the unit is compatible with the EX drive shaft extension.
