The Muncie 82 Series Power Take-Off, part number 828S-KIT08-X1CX or 828SKIT08X1CX, is an 8-bolt heavy-duty mechanical shift PTO built for high-torque vocational applications. Its double-acting air shift delivers positive engagement and disengagement, while the cast iron housing handles up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 95 H.P. at 1,000 RPM at speed ratio 05, making it well-suited for high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. Two companion flange output types cover remote pump and mechanical drive configurations. Seven direct-mount pump options include SAE "B," "BB," "C," and "D" flanges plus DIN 5462 mounts, and all direct-mount flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance. Overall dimensions are 11.5 in.
