The Muncie 82 Series Power Take-Off, part number 828S-KIT08-L1DX or 828SKIT08L1DX, is an 8-bolt heavy duty mechanical shift PTO built for demanding hydraulic and mechanical drive applications. The cast iron housing supports up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 95 H.P. at 1,000 RPM at speed ratio 05, with continuous torque ratings scaling across eight available speed ratios. Double-acting air shift provides positive engagement and disengagement. Seven direct-mount pump flange options cover S.A.E. "B," "BB," "C," and "D" mounts plus DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges to maximize pump clearance. Two companion flange output types accommodate remote pump and mechanical drives, backed by nine output shaft options across two assembly arrangements.
