The Muncie 8405B-09-A3PX or 8405B09A3PX is an 8405/6A Series Power Take-Off built around a ductile iron housing for durability under high vibration conditions. This unit features an integral air shift and an 8-bolt mounting pad. The SAE "B" or SAE "B-B" pump mounting flange accepts 2- or 4-bolt configurations with an optional 1-1/4" shaft. An inspection port allows backlash adjustment in the field, and a drain port is included. The "09" speed ratio designation carries an intermittent rating of 39 HP at 1,000 RPM, 205 ft.-lb. intermittent torque, and 144 ft.-lb. continuous torque.
