The Muncie CS40-A1010-H1CX or CS40A1010H1CX is a heavy-duty clutch shift power take-off from the CS40/41 Series, engineered for Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions and Caterpillar CX transmissions. The unit features a 10-bolt mounting configuration and precision ground gears for high torque capacity with quiet operation. SAE "C" and DIN 5462 direct mount flanges fit most high-power pump applications, and the rotatable direct mount flanges allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. A 1410 series remote mount output shaft supports remote pump drive setups. Two assembly arrangements let the PTO mount shaft-high or shaft-low on either side of the transmission. Standard pressure lubrication is included. Maximum output speed on fire pump applications is 4,000 RPM. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
