The Muncie CS40-A1012-H1CX or CS40A1012H1CX is a 10-bolt heavy-duty clutch shift power take-off from the CS40/41 Series, designed to draw maximum power from Allison 3000/4000 and Caterpillar CX transmissions. Precision ground gears keep operation quiet while handling demanding torque loads. Direct mount options include SAE "C" and DIN 5462 flanges to fit most high-power-input pumps, and the rotatable flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance. A 1410 series remote mount output shaft is available for remote pump drive applications. Two assembly arrangements allow mounting shaft-high or shaft-low on either side of the transmission. Maximum output speed on fire pump applications is 4,000 RPM. Standard pressure lubrication is included. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
