The Muncie CS40-A1010-H3CX or CS40A1010H3CX is a CS40 Series heavy-duty clutch-shift power takeoff with a 10-bolt mounting pattern. It features a 1410-series remote mount output shaft for remote pump drives, plus rotatable SAE "C" and DIN 5462 direct mount flanges to fit most high-power-input pumps. Two assembly arrangements let the unit mount shaft-high or shaft-low on either side of the transmission. Standard pressure lubrication is included at no extra cost, and maximum output speed on fire pump applications reaches 4,000 RPM. Precision ground gears deliver high torque capacity with quiet operation, backed by oversized bearings throughout.
