The Muncie CS40-A1012-H3CX or CS40A1012H3CX is a 10-bolt, heavy-duty clutch shift (CS40 Series) power take-off designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 series and Caterpillar CX transmissions. Precision ground gears deliver high torque capacity with quiet operation. The unit supports S.A.E. "C" and DIN 5462 direct mount flanges to fit most pumps requiring high power input, and the flanges are rotatable for maximum pump clearance. A 1410 series remote mount output shaft is included for remote pump drive applications. Two assembly arrangements allow mounting shaft-high or shaft-low on either side of the transmission. Standard pressure lubrication is built in. Maximum output speed is 4,000 RPM on fire pump applications. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
