The Muncie CS6S-F6609-E3KX or CS6SF6609E3KX is a power take-off unit from Muncie's CS6/CS8 Series. This series is designed for direct mount pump applications and commonly fits Allison 1000/2000 series automatic transmissions as well as many manual transmissions. CS6/CS8 Series PTOs accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 direct mount pump configurations, with rotatable direct mount flanges that allow pump positioning for clearance. The series incorporates Muncie's patented drag brake, which prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position.
