The Muncie CS6S-F7009-P3PX (also referenced as CS6SF7009P3PX) is a CS6/CS8 Series power take-off assembly designed to fit Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions as well as many popular manual transmissions. The CS6/CS8 platform supports six transmission input gear configurations, SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 direct-mount pump flanges, and three remote-mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types. Rotatable direct-mount flanges allow pump positioning for clearance. The series incorporates Muncie's patented drag brake, which prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports shaft-speed monitoring via a System Protection Device.
