The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8B-U6005-A2KX or CS8BU6005A2KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for compatibility with most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are available in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" configurations as well as DIN 5462, and those flanges are fully rotatable to maximize pump clearance. Intermittent torque ratings reach 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) at speed ratios 03 through 07, and continuous ratings reach 210 lb-ft (285 Nm). Three remote mount output shaft options - keyed and flange types - add further flexibility for pump drive installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the off position. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
