The Muncie CS8B-U6807-A3BX or CS8BU6807A3BX is a CS8 Series power take-off unit featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. It fits a broad range of automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series, through 19 available transmission input gear options. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and those flanges are rotatable to give maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is off.
