The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6807-E1BX or CS8BU6807E1BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for demanding hydraulic applications on trucks running popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 bolt patterns, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight engine compartments. Three remote mount output shaft options - in keyed and flange types - add flexibility for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged, and an optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
